Educational Programs

The Problem:

The government of Pakistan tells us that over 8 million Pakistanis are abusing drugs or substances and the numbers are increasing annually. It has become such an epidemic, that when we see addicts on the streets it no longer shocks us.  Even the youth of our country are being infected by this epidemic.  We believe the only way to see a reduction in the numbers of drug abusers is to educate our youth with proactive education programs. 

As the youth of Pakistan are the future of this country, we feel it is of the utmost importance that our youth are educated in the dangers of drug and substance abuse.  We must train them while they are young to these dangers.

Our Mission :  To educate the youth of Pakistan to the dangers of AIDS and drug abuse.  Education is the Key to Knowledge of both.

Teen Challenge of Pakistan is offering to your school a very exciting program to
educate your students to the dangers of AIDS and Drug Abuse.
We do this in a number of means:

• Using English or Urdu.
• Interactive drama with your students.
• Videos of your choice on AIDS or Drug Abuse.
• Talks from former addicts to the dangers of drugs.
• Handouts for every student with information for their family.
• A quiz for the students to test their knowledge of the presentation.

  We believe education is one of the deterrents to both of these epidemics.
  You can help by educating your students.

  We do this free of charge at your convenience. Our presentations range
  from 30 minutes to an hour depending on your needs
